My shop handcrafts all products within 1 to 2 weeks depending on the item and current order load with smaller non custom items taking less time and large or custom orders taking more time. This will be marked clearly on each item, or discussed at the time of the custom order being placed. If you need a rush order, please contact me to see if I can accommodate you. Rush orders, if accepted, are subject to an overtime fee starting at $20 on top of regular price.Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but I can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take at least 1 to 2 weeks to be created for you. Larger or custom orders take longer while smaller non-custom orders take less time.
I accept custom orders according to my current workload.

I ship all International products through USPS.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
I do my best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 1 to 2 weeks to be handmade depending on the item, amount of items, and workload.
Orders that are customized to the buyer are not returnable or refundable. This includes completely custom items. Please make sure your information submitted is correct as I will not replace the item if there is a mistake made by the buyer. If I have made a mistake on your sign I am happy to fix the issue or create a new sign.
Returns are done on a case by case basis as most of the items in the shop are made to order. You must contact me in order to be approved for a return and refund. Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item in order to be considered for a refund. Only the cost of the item will be refunded. The cost of shipping to the buyer and from the buyer is not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
Your refund will be issued once the item arrives in its original condition. If the item arrives damaged from shipping, the item cost will not be refunded as the item is damaged and not in its original condition. The buyer then would have to contact the shipping company as they would be liable if you purchased shipping insurance and go through the shipping insurance. This is why I typically ONLY ship priority mail.
I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (priority mail). I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item and you will be responsible for finding the missing item.
